The mission for CrossRoads Professional Coaching is to help people find and follow God’s will for their life. God’s will is not static. He has a plan for our whole life which may include our work (or calling), our families, our health, our community and most importantly, our relationship with Him. I believe that a strong relationship with God is the foundation to a purposeful life. In my own walk, and in listening to the many people I work with in coaching and counseling, I have found that stepping out in faith and trusting God is the critical crossroad we face to fully give our life to Him.
My goal is to be a partner with you as you navigate the many personal and professional crossroads on your path. I have always been hesitant to look for professional help because I felt that the professional did not know my history or this was not their area of specialty. CrossRoads Professional Coaching is the place you can turn to when you need assistance in both the opportunities and challenges of life. If the concern is an area of specialization that we do not have, we will still partner with you to find the best assistance and continue to pray for and support you. As different needs arise you can come back to a partner who knows your history and has shared your victories, as well as setbacks.
In deciding on the focus of CrossRoads Coaching it was important for me to contemplate my core values and make sure that our mission focused on where God has led me. To date, that is:
- To help people grow closer to God
- To work with individuals at the critical crossroad of fully Trusting God
- To be available to people and their family and friends throughout the journey
- To cover clients and their family and friends with prayer and support
We can work on goals in a few sessions, we can handle a crisis with a session or two, we can partner together on a business or assist in your relationships….. there is no pressure, just assurance that there is a place to go or come back to as you journey through the seasons of life.
