RETURN AND EXCHANGES

CrossRoads Professional Services, LLC stands behind all of our products and services.  If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we would like the opportunity to address your concerns.  Please email us at info@crossroadcoach.com with the nature of the problem, the original purchase information, your phone number and address. We will respond to your email within 72 hours.
Products
If you have you have purchased a product and are not fully satisfied, within 30 (thirty days) of the purchase date, we will promptly exchange it or issue you a refund.  The returned product must be in new condition, with original packaging and all materials included.  Repack the item(s) in its original packing and wrap the item(s) securely. For your security, please return the item(s) with an insured courier (e.g. FedEx, UPS, USPS Parcel Post) and retain your receipt.  You will be responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product is defective.  Please note that we are not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. 
If the item is defective, please send request a return merchandise authorization request to info@crossroadcoach.com. Return shipping information and an authorization number (RM number) will be provided to you at that time.

Refunds or exhanges may take up to two to three weeks for processing. Refunds will be issued in the form of a check to the address listed on the original purchase.
Subscriptions
Credits will be pro-rated on any unused portion of your subscription on a monthly basis.  The subscription month during which you cancel will not be included in the refund.  To receive a refund, please send the request in an email to info@crossroadcoach.com.  The request must include your name, email address, subscription details, and reason for requesting a refund.  We will respond to your email concerning the refund status within 72 hours.

CrossRoads Professional Services, LLC is committed to keeping our users, subscribers and customers (herein "you" or "your") informed about how we use or may use the information we gather from you in the routine course of conducting business and providing you with the services and/or products which you have requested and/or purchased through our website. In order to provide you with better products and services, we may collect and retain personally identifiable information.  This information may include your name, physical address, telephone number, mobile phone number, e-mail addresses and/or other identification and contact information as we may deem necessary.  If you are making a purchase from us, we will also collect certain personal financial information such as your credit card number. We do not and will not store your credit card number
By using any of our websites or obtaining any of our products or services, you agree to the collection and use of your information as set forth in this Policy. If you do not fully agree to all of the items, terms and conditions of this Policy please do not use any of our websites, products or services.

You use of our website, products or services in any manner, affirms that you hereby agree to all the terms and conditions as set forth in this Policy.  This policy is applicable to all of our websites, e-commerce store and related or similar business activities, any our products offered via subscription or sale, and any other of our business activities whether purchased or available free of charge.

You may opt-out (unsubscribe) at any time, by sending an unsubscribe request via postal mail to the
address included on every e-mail.




SHIPPING
Subject to stock availability, we will ship all orders within two business days. Federal holidays or days where the federal mail service is unavailable may delay the shipping of your order.
Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email response indicating that your order has been received and is being processed. Once the order is shipped, another email notifying you of the status of the shipment will be sent. We will not charge your credit card until the order has entered the shipping process.
We will use the XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX to ship your product to you.  When completing the shipping information during the order process, please be sure to use the complete address including suite numbers.  Incorrect or incomplete addresses will delay the receipt of your package and increase your shipping costs.
